and before i know it.. WALAAA

I was supposed to update on the hospital trip on my accident.. But before i can actually write abt it... I have another story to share.. Hiaz.. The dark cloud above my head is just getting so much bigger and its only following me!! it just refuses to leave!!

I had my car accident on Tues. Thurs was the fateful day of my another freak 'accident'.

so wat happened was this...

and my story begins at 6.30am.. As usual I went to Katong Convent to catch a lift from my team mate.. Yup.. the one whom I had an accident with.. But yup.. Only I was hurt.. However, it was drizzling. Rain or shine, I would just go for my training. I am hard core!! I received a msg from my coach saying that its raining so break.. I replied saying that I was on my way so its either I go to Telok Blangah or Potong Pasir. I don’t wish to go home. She said go to PPCC.. so off I changed my co-ordinates. As it was too early, the CC wasn’t gonna be open anyway, I decided to go to my coach’s place to place my Barang Barang. I even managed to arrange a time with my friend to grab her bow. All these arrangement done while I was on the bus to the range. Yeah.. I can be rather time efficient. I can squeeze a lot of things in a short time.

So the time table was as follows:
7.45am: Coach House
8.30am: At Serangoon Station to meet May
8.50am: Back at Coach place
8.50-9.30am: Slack time
9.30am: Start Training
Well planned.. But as usual, due to unforeseen circumstances, changes are expected. Especially when you are me..

As it was really early; I was at Potong Pasir at 7.30am. I didn’t want to disturb my coach as I knew she had a late night. My next appointment was at 8.30am anyway. So decided to take a longer route to her house. I was walking at a much slower pace as well. Considering that it was abit embarrassing that I had to disturb so early, I decided to but hot black coffee to ‘butter’ my coach.. Her usual order.

With my bow bag on my left shoulder, I carried the hot coffee with my right hand. Just only less than 1 block to my coach’s house… I slipped.. I fell.. *TIMBER* on my right side.. (Recall, it rained in the morning. The ground was wet.. That bloody metal drain must be slippery!!) Right palm smacked on the coffee.. right bum on the concrete pavement, shoulder on the ground!! Right knee and thigh.. piack,.. Bow bag safe.. cox on the left.. I was the cushion of my bow.. instead of me shouting/ yelling, since I was the one who was falling then fell.. 2 maids who saw my ‘fantastic’ fall screamed instead.. haha.. They came to my rescue. They helped me up and asked if I was ok.. Gosh.. I was cursing lah!! Like usual, my recovery from a fall is fast ( I fall too often to just sit there and sulk. I am used to it.).. But I was aching!! The whole body impact on my right was…….. (Am I getting fat?? I wonder!!)

Limped my way to coach house.. And best.. She stays on the 4th storey and there’s no lift up. Have to climb the stairs.. In my state.. O my.. Wat a torture!!!!

My coach had a shocked!! She couldn’t believe that I had another accident again in such a short period of time. Considering that I had just called her 10 mins ago to let her know of my arrival and then now limping.. She started rumbling on in Korean abt me. She grabbed a bunch of medicine for me. My cuts were minor.. But my bruises were huge.. On my bum and my right shoulder.. Luckily all covered up.. Or I’ll just be scolded.. My fingers were swollen though from the hot coffee.. Got a bowl of ice and soaked them in.. And I just laid on her sofa.. In pain..

May heard abt my fall.. And maybe it was so good luck in my bad luck. She kindly made her way to PP Mrt station instead.. To spare me the agony of travelling too far.. I limped all the way to PP Mrt to take her bow and back again to my coach house. Again.. I felt like an Ah Ma..

Coach refused to let me go shooting.. Told me to rest first instead. I refused to. I kept saying I was fine.. She just shook her head and said rest first. I knew if she said so, I had to do it. So I asked to watch her anime—Bleach. Halfway through though, I was in so much pain, I just laid on the floor and fell asleep. For at least 20 mins, I was in so much pain that I couldn’t really sleep anyway. And also, I was arranging my body to sleep as well. (Recall: Left head swollen bump, so cannot lie on the left side of the head. Right body all sore.. Fresh bruises.) MAN…. I cushioned my left head with my left hand. Right hand in a bowl of ice.

You know the full effects of the pain after a fall always come after a sleep.. AIYAH… My coach took my right hand to see the swell.. I was so weak.. And when I am just awake, I am the most truthful. She went like, ‘Pain?’ I was like, ‘Yar.. Don’t touch.’ After washing up, I was like, ‘so what time training?’ she said, ‘NO!! GO HOME!! REST!!’.. I glared at her and went like..’ But..’. I knew no point, she would just scold me. And I was really in pain. So I rested awhile on her sofa. Then I grabbed my barang barang and walked towards the door. She saw me walking out and said, ‘Where? CC? GO HOME.’ I just nodded.. I said, ‘Home’.

Then when I passed by the indoor range, I was so tempted to go in… that I called my coach to say I was better.. But no, she refused to let me do any shooting.. She said that now that I was injured, my form will change. I will be using other muscles to compensate the proper execution of the action. Hiaz..

So my amended timetable for Thurs was as follows:

7.45am: Fall down
8.30am-8.45am: PP Mrt to meet May
9.00am: Back at Coach place
9.00am-11.00am: Recuperate and sleep
11.15am: Wake up to be sent home!!

Summary: Wake up early to fall down, to go to PP to sleep then sent home to rest!! !@#$%^&*(@#$%^

WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!!
