Never Never use your phone while walking..
u hav heard that u should never use the phone while driving.. heres a new one.. never use your phone for msging or look at your phone while walkin.. trust me.. cox.. i fell... again.. and this time, i was purely walkin.. the last time, not very long ago, ok.. i fell but i blame myself for running (i tripped over my own foot).. granted.. but this time.. i was walkin!!! really!! is it my fault???!!!
just got off the bus, so took my phone out to check the time (guess wat, not using a watch now.. after it became so unrealiable) and to read a msg... i didnt wanna take out my phone to check as the bus was full, and knowing myself, i was afraid that i would fall or knock into someone or drop my phone or loose my grip with the bar and then.. yes.. fall.. i know myself pretty well on these terms.. i have fallen another of times, in the bus or whether its anywhere-else... have too many painful and embarrassing moments to endure.. so wont do that in the midst of a very crowded bus.. so did it when i was off bus.. after takin a few steps out of the bus.. wa la.. my left leg started to give way.. my phone was going upwards.. my sight, from looking forward to upward... in less than a few seconds.. i was in cuts and bruises.. ahhhhh.......
wat happened?? i also cannot really tell and react during that time.. apparently, i had stepped on somethin and that caused my left leg to slide sideways and my knee to come crashing down and my foot was desperately trying to break the slide... at the expense of my big toe... really, do my foot really think that using my toe as a brake would work??!! and i'm no gymnast.. never could do a split.. and now i'm forced to do a half split (note: only my left leg did the spread.. 'bang' wet my legs against the floor, instead of the 'glide' the leg should be when doin a pro split..)
remember, i just got off the bus and took a few steps away when i fell.. so loads of people were scrambling out of the bus too.. with me as an obstruction, they started to 'step over' me.. and given the fact that i had been fallin so often.. instead of the normal people who would stay down feeling blur.. i automatically got on my feet and look blur.. before anyone could help me up.. so instead, they asked, 'how are you?' my ego took over and said, 'good'.. 'no prob'.. yar right... my knee and toe was bleeding.. and the area where my sandal strap was, was also bleeding.. my whole foot was swollen.. every step i made, the blood just came spraying out.. my slipper was soaked in blood that made me create bloody footprints as i walked..
so.. wat caused my fall? bet some would say its my slippers.. mux be old and frictionless.. ans: u are so wrong!! i was wearin a new pair of slippers.. cos my old ones were wearing out.. they were the ones with the soles nearly flat.. and, no, it wasnt raining.. no puddles of water or urine.. bright and sunny.. no banana skins for me to slip either.. i lifted up my foot and saw a stupid lighter underneathe it.. YES!! i slipped on a lighter!!! dont ask how... really.. i cant believe it too.. a bright red lighter.. i actually stepped on it and slipped.. wait.. there's more.. the pavement that i slipped on was smooth and rough as well.. dont get confused.. wat i meant by smooth was that the ground was not uneven or jagged but was a relatively flat ground.. then why rough? well.. it gets better.. the pavement was being re-layered.. meaning that pavement was under-going maintainence.. the top layer that had the flooring was stripped off.. and was instead layered with the cement first before the flooring was to be put on... so the dried cement can cause alot of pain on the skin as the dried cement has many sharp points... so there... my delicate skin got the full scrappin of the ground.. and my slippers too.. gone.. oh, and did i mention that i happen to fall at where the sloping part of the pavement is?? (the part where the pavement is ending when its nearer a road or junction.. so scrap scrap.. i went.. sliding down..).
really wanna get that litter-bug.. man.. i do hate smokers!! first, they pollute the air and make non-smokers air-filters, then they litter the ground with their ash.. now.. their used lighters are potential hazards..
i'm back to limping, again!!! first, i sprained the right ankle.. so i had to rely alot on the left leg.. hence the left calf muscles were very developed.. now.. it seems i have to depend on my right leg for walkin.. but its not exactly very strong yet!! man.. they are takin turns to get injured.. to even the score??!! cannot run for my buses.. again.. and.. I WILL BE HATING BATH TIME!! help...
so is the bad luck cycle coimng back again..y are my good days so so short-lived.. it really is.. too short liao.. ah... this is then wat i call a vicious cycle.. just when i tot i had good days comin.. but.. my recent postings are tellin me... oh no!!!! its so unfair.. there's a chinese saying, 'after over-coming a major disaster, good luck would follow.'.. eh.. hello... good luck.. please come.. PLEASE!!
