its to keep my knees in place.. had to take a pic of it as i had to do the bandaging myself.

i had this treatment as i ibjured myself while at gym.. funny part is that this is known as TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)..

BUT... at SSC (Singapore Sports Council).... its an ANG MOH doctor who did this!!!
